In this exclusive Interview, our Head of Game Product at SYNOT Games, Brian Hallas, sat down with iGamingExpert, to discuss the evolution of our gaming portfolio. In conversation with iGaming Expert, SYNOT Games’ Head of Game Product, Brian Hallas, delves into the techniques deployed to ensure the studio’s USPs are upheld across all facets of the group, in addition to how a recent pair of additions will help achieve true differentiation from competitors.
As previously alluded to, the pace of fresh game releases hitting inboxes on a daily basis is certainly showing no sign of slowing down, but what demands accompany such a position?
“It’s certainly an interesting challenge but it’s also one of the highlights of our industry; a creative window to delve into everything from the evolution of an existing series to the exploration of new possibilities,” he begins.
“Naturally though, to be unique means bringing consistency to the product. This way players have a clear picture of the gaming experience, develop a positive association with it and consequently see the elements that differentiate it both within our own portfolio and beyond.

As competition naturally ramps up, the willingness and desire to be viewed as a business that pushes the boundaries and remains on the edge of technological developments could be critical in the eyes of operators, peers, and players.
Continuing where he left off, Hallas elaborated on the techniques that have been deployed by the group in order for its gaming catalogue to best appeal to players, and crucially mean that they keep coming back for more.
“SYNOT Games content benefits from decades of exposure in land-based markets where players have shown a resounding respect for the content,” he says.
“It’s true that you’re not going to find a 100,000x max win or that many high volatility titles amongst our games but this also reflects our approach. To help achieve this outlook, SYNOT Games has introduced a pair of fresh features to its roster. These, the company says, are designed to reward players with free rounds across its slot games portfolio in a bid to “supercharge promotional campaigns”.
